Easter in Corfu 2020: Religious events start on 11 April
CORFU – The web team ‘’Easter in Corfu 2020’’ invites everyone to experience the most enchanting period of our island. Where religion and the Holly Passions meet tradition, tradition meets customs, customs meet spring with the smell of Easter and customs together with spring meet the sound of our philharmonic bands in every corner of the city. All these are calling us, young and old to experience the most important religious, cultural and social event of the year in Corfu at its most original form. The worship of Easter in Corfu begins on Lazarus Saturday (11/04) morning and ends on Easter’s Tuesday (21/4) at 6pm with the entrance of St. Spyridon in his temple.
